We have always been told exercise will make us healthy. 
But how does exercise affect our health? What happens to our mind and body when we exercise? How exactly can we get started with exercise? It is never too late to learn.

Our Mission

Our mission with this project is to help you as a college student find ways to incorporate exercise into your everyday life. We also have researched backed evidence as to why this is crucial for college students to have a successful academic and personal life.

Our project is based on our own experience as we all as researched-backed studies conducted on college students and why incorporating exercise is beneficial to our personal and academic lives.
